Penrose Ave does not employ Household Professionals, does not act as an employment agency, does not supervise services, does not control the conduct of users, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, suitability, reliability, experience, credentials, background, character, or identity of any user.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement or clearly disclosed paid feature, Penrose Ave does not conduct background checks, identity verification, reference checks, qualification checks, license checks, driving record checks, criminal history checks, sex offender registry checks, child abuse registry checks, or other vetting of Families, Households, Household Professionals, or other users.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own interviews, screenings, reference checks, background checks, supervision, verification, and due diligence before communicating with, meeting, hiring, working for, allowing access to a home, caring for children, transporting individuals, or otherwise interacting with another user.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use to access or use Penrose Ave. Penrose Ave is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

Users should avoid posting exact home addresses, school addresses, daily routines, or other sensitive location information in publicly visible profiles, postings, or communications.

Messages, reviews, ratings, postings, communications, records, or content shared with other users may remain visible or retained after account closure. We are not responsible for removing information that other users have copied, saved, downloaded, screenshotted, shared, or otherwise retained.
